  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Work location : Remote

Oversee the implementation and administration of Empower and Caducee systems, ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support Empower software setup and configurations, including instrument node setup.
  • Coordinate with the digital team to implement updates, custom fields, and system configurations in Empower.
  • Conduct regular audit trail checks and data integrity assessments.
  • Oversee user account management and system backups in collaboration with IT.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with lab systems administration, specifically in a GMP/GLP environment.
  • Extensive experience with Empower software in a regulated lab setting.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Empower, Caducee, and other lab data systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP/GLP documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
