  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Work Location : Remote

Responsible for managing and supporting chromatography systems in AD and QC labs, including the integration and configuration of Waters Empower software with lab instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure LAC/e (Local Access and Control) boxes and drivers for data flow between lab instruments and Empower software.
  • Develop and maintain reporting methods tailored to lab requirements in collaboration with the digital team.
  • Manage custom field updates and configurations within Empower for evolving lab methods.
  • Provide daily support to lab personnel on Empower functionalities and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with chromatography data systems (CDS), specifically Waters Empower, in a regulated lab environment.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and data management.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Empower software and lab instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of GMP/GLP practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
