Job Description
Summary:
- Develop and perform implementation activities for projects
- Perform Quality Assurance activities including identifying and submitting network design issues to Engineering
- Participate in Follow-the-Sun (FTS) on-call rotation
- Primary contact for vendor TAC in support of operational problems
- Develop and maintain Technical Support process and deliverables
- Develop and maintain process for hand-over of technology and service to Operations
- Develop and maintain Network Service Support Models Develop and maintain Operations Practices Develop and maintain workflow automation
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with development and maintenance of Network Service General Practices, Network technology, and service ISRMPs
- Network technology recommendations
- Network device OS recommendations
- Technology training program
- Network service strategy
- Device configuration standards
Technical Skill Requirements:
