The Senior Director of Brand Marketing is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategies at Erie Home. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is pivotal in ensuring that Erie Home s presence, integrity, and reputation are maintained and enhanced across all channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in brand management, a deep understanding of industry dynamics, and the ability to lead a team of marketing professionals to drive awareness and preference for Erie Home to drive long term business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Advocacy: Champion the Erie Brand cross-functionally to establish, evolve, and uphold the brand throughout all internally and externally facing touch points.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and maintain Erie Home s positioning, ensuring it aligns with the company s business objectives, is compelling, and differentiates Erie Home in the marketplace.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, support, and lead a high-performing brand and creative marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Creative and Design Evolution: Lead team in development of consistent and differentiated visual brand identity. Partner on roadmaps to a/b test design ads and creative pieces for owned, paid, and earned channels. Produce internal assets such as presentations, event materials, and company swag.
  • Brand Messaging and Organic Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including advertisements, promotional materials, and digital assets to meet short term performance goals and long-term brand build.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and offline events that effectively communicate the brand message.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop a repeatable measurement framework to ensure brand investments drive meaningful impact and are aligned to business priorities.
  • Public Relations and Sponsorships: Manage organic social media, online reputation, and public relations efforts to enhance the brand s visibility and reputation. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and sponsorships that support brand goals and initiatives. Coordinate brand aspects of community event launches and industry events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including performance marketing, analytics, IT, sales, finance and operations to ensure a cohesive experience that aligns overall business goals.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the creative development and brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies and campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets that can be tied to business performance.
  • Marketing experience in the home services industry a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
