The Role:

EnterpriseAlumni is best in class when it comes to integrations and data projects. The Technical Customer Project Manager will serve as the technical interface for all customer projects, liaising with the engineering team behind the scenes. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation of customer projects, including go-live, integrations, bespoke apps, migrations, and data projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical point of contact for customers during project implementations, both with their IT teams and the business contacts.
  • Analyse customers business requirements and turn them into clever technical solutions.
  • Work with customers on the set up and use of their platforms and advise what method of integration or API will work best, and define any custom business rules that may be required.
  • Create data migration plans and implement them for customers moving from another platform.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to understand and communicate technical requirements.
  • Liaise with the data and strategy team to implement prototype or beta services with select customers.
  • Keep all projects on point by collaborating with the Head of Customer Projects and the Customer Projects Implementation Manager, along with maintaining communication with customers.
  • Provide technical support to the customer projects/implementation team and bridging the gap between technical and business language.
  • Collaboratively work with sales at the pre-sales stage to help a customer understand what is possible.
  • Feedback into the product team so we can productise repeatable bespoke projects.

Experience:

  • Must have worked for a B2B technology company, preferably SaaS.
  • Broad technical experience in an engineering, development or technical pre-sales role.
  • Must have hands on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Extensive experience with databases such as Postgres and MySQL.
  • Experience working with API s and defining business logic to connect disparate systems.
  • Experience with data migrations or data cleaning a plus.
  • Understanding of basic internet technologies such as DNS, SMTP and HTML.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Project management skills (agile and waterfall) - certification(s) would be a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
