Job Summary
We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As the IAM Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate and strategize with functional leaders throughout the organization to develop cutting-edge identity solutions. You will bring a strong focus on speed, value creation, and innovation to this role.

In this crucial position, you will be responsible for analyzing and translating business requirements into actionable plans. Additionally, you will provide support to our Identity & Access Management team in implementing and executing new solutions and experiences that will positively impact our organization.

Responsibilities


  • Availability to be On-Site in Sleepy Hollow-NY
  • Develop requirements and process redesign for IAM Projects
  • identify gaps, missed requirements and confirm business process flows
  • Coordinate with business partners to design, build and test updated process
  • Align with implementation partners on requirements and requirements traceability
  • Assist with product documentation Knowledge Articles, Training, SOPs / Wis, etc
  • Assist with communication development
  • Coordinate UAT testing
  • Attend project meetings and follow up on outstanding tasks associated with these meetings in alignment with Regeneron project managers
  • Experience with IAM concepts preferred
  • Experience with IAM products a plus
  • Audit and assess security risks and IT policies
  • Create company-wide best practices for IT security policies
  • Create data recovery plans
  • Maintain information security policy and procedure documentation
  • Install and configure security software
  • Document any security breaches and report on damage caused
  • Review and stay up-to-date on privacy and security laws and regulations
  • Educate colleagues on information security management
  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
  • Perform quality assurance

Qualifications
  • A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst, Computer Security Specialist, or similar role is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Strong Knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies and security frameworks
  • Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems
  • Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.g. SSL/ TLS)
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience in information security or related field.
  • Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
  • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
  • Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.

  • Experience with IAM concepts preferred
  • Experience with IAM products a plus
