About the Company - We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to provide educational support and guidance to students of various ages, with a specific emphasis on SAT, ACT, and ISEE test preparation. About the Role - Provide one-on-one or small group academic assistance across various subjects. Develop customized lesson plans based on students' individual learning styles and educational goals. Specialize in SAT, ACT, and ISEE test prep tutoring, guiding students through test-taking strategies and subject-specific content. Help students improve study skills, time management, and organizational habits. Track and communicate student progress with parents or guardians regularly. Use diverse teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes and ensure student success. Foster a positive, motivating, and productive learning environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience tutoring or working in educational settings, with a strong preference for test prep tutoring (SAT, ACT, ISEE).
- Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and the ability to adapt materials for test prep.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining concepts and test strategies to students.
- Background in early childhood education, adult education, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven ability to engage and motivate students of various ages.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve academic success.
Pay range and compensation package - Pay: $16.00 - $22.25 per hour
