We have an immediate, freelance opening for a Director, Measurement and Analytics with healthcare and/or pharmaceutical marketing experience at an advertising agency.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who comes with a breadth of experience who can operate independently to develop measurement strategies and implementation plans for media and marketing ecosystem optimizations. Must also have experience in data strategy and analysis as well as report generation.

You will have a track record for developing measurement and data strategies, reporting on marketing campaigns and offering strategic solutions to meet goals. In addition, you will exhibit a deep understanding of markets and customers and demonstrate excellent project management skills. You will lead the establishment of comprehensive marketing metrics and actively evaluate outcomes to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience at a pharma/healthcare marketing agency
  • Proven track record of leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Clear understanding of the modern pharmaceutical marketing landscape, including digital marketing, demand generation, personalization, sales enablement/effectiveness, attribution reporting, and campaign management.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Successful track record of cross-functional collaboration with teams, contributors, and stakeholders across various seniority levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and business problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and measure metrics to assess the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and respond to changing business needs and external market dynamics.
  • Ability to successfully operate in a hybrid work environment with in-office expectations at our FiDi location at least two days per week.

The position offers competitive pay with benefits based on experience and qualifications:

Salary Range: $85-95/hr, for 2 month assignment to start

The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at Coefficient Health. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational needs.
