Salary:
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support and maintain our network infrastructure while providing technical support. This role involves network administration, end-user support, and cloud-based technology with a focus on Office 365.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and performance issues.
- Provide desktop support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software problems.
- Set up and troubleshoot printers and other peripherals.
- Assist with Windows server installation and configuration.
- Support PCs, printers, phones, and conference room equipment.
- Provide onsite and remote assistance for technology deployment.
- Handle field service calls and customer requests.
- Document network and support activities.
- Escalate complex issues as needed.
- Work with cloud-based technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, and customize them to improve business security and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in network administration or IT support.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and hardware.
- Experience with desktop support, printer troubleshooting, and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, platforms, and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication.
- Experience with ConnectWise is a plus but not required
