Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing different strategies. As a team member, you will collaborate with our team in all stages of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, etc. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing and sales channels and the business in general. There may be some travel requirements to conferences, etc.
We are a startup, so at times you may have to wear multiple hats (we all do!). This is an exciting opportunity because you can explore different aspects of the business. There is great opportunity for advancement.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts
- Create and design print and digital materials
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Collaborate with the team to develop social media content
- Receive feedback from the team and make necessary changes
- Assemble final presentation material for printing/posting as needed
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Create, manage and post social media content including Ad campaigns
- Manage activity on Ad Campaigns via preferred CRM tool and work with the Sales team to generate new leads
- Support team in demoing product to potential clients
- Other administrative tasks (data entry, etc)
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of different marketing techniques, particularly for LinkedIn and Twitter
- Knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
- Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and knowledge of design resources like Canva, Figma, Dribbble, etc.
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
- Strong desire to learn and seek out information to fill any knowledge gaps (Google is your best friend)
Preferences (Not Required!)
- Podcast experience or desire to learn and lead an initiative to set up a podcast
- Website design experience (not developing! Just designing in Squarespace)
- SEO experience
