  • Leading and mentoring a team of offshore contract developers
  • Conducting thorough code reviews and testing
  • Collaborating with product managers to align development with business goals

  • 40% Backend Development

Daily Responsibilities
  • 70% Hands-On Development
  • 20% Management Duties (leading a team, code reviews)
  • 10% Team Collaboration (planning sessions, end-of-sprint reviews)
