Cato Networks is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Field Marketing, Worldwide to lead and expand our field marketing strategy on a global scale. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing a global field marketing vision that enhances our brand, drives demand, and supports our sales and partner teams worldwide. This role will focus on scaling field marketing efforts across multiple regions, overseeing regional field marketing managers, and delivering consistent results across various global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale global field marketing efforts: Build and implement a global field marketing strategy that aligns with Cato's broader marketing and business objectives, ensuring it drives brand awareness, demand generation, and sales growth across multiple regions.
- Manage and mentor a global team: Lead a team of regional field marketing managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure consistent execution of field marketing initiatives across all markets.
- Drive global event strategy: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale marketing events, including global conferences, trade shows, industry events, and virtual events to maximize Cato's exposure and lead generation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely and support channel marketing and sales teams to create impactful joint marketing campaigns with key partners, driving revenue growth and fostering stronger partner relationships globally.
- Own and manage the global field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI from all marketing activities across regions.
- Track, measure, and analyze the success of field marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve the global field marketing strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment between field marketing initiatives and the company's overall objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a global field marketing leadership position, preferably in the networking or cybersecurity industries.
- Proven success in managing global field marketing teams and executing large-scale, multi-regional marketing campaigns.
- Extensive hands-on experience in planning and executing global conferences, trade shows, industry events, and virtual webinars, with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and sales opportunities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with sales, product marketing, and channel marketing teams to create and execute joint marketing initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using metrics and KPIs to optimize field marketing performance.
- Proven experience in budget management and ensuring strong ROI on marketing investments.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Splash. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is required.
- Experience with sports sponsorship activations is a plus.
- Availability to travel globally as needed to support field marketing efforts and events.
- A team player, with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to driving results across a global team.
