  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are building an AI Sales Agent aimed at revolutionizing the way small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) operate, focusing on industries that need AI the most. After entering the trillion-dollar home services market just 9 months ago, we are experiencing exponential growth and rapidly expanding our core product.

We are looking for a founding Customer Success team member who is excited to help shape the future of AI-driven solutions for businesses. As our first hire in customer success, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers success while helping us refine and improve our platform.

What youll be doing:

  • Take charge of customer success initiatives and deliver exceptional experiences to B2B customers.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to guide product improvements.
  • Navigate challenges, prioritize effectively, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Enhance the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive improvements and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer success, particularly in 0 to 1 environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, high customer empathy, and adaptability.
  • Experience with B2B customers in the tech industry.
  • Experience in an early-stage, high-growth company.
  • A dynamic, self-driven individual with a wide range of skills.
  • Eager to work in-office in NYC with a collaborative, high-energy team.
