  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer with extensive experience in SQL and data warehousing for financial data applications. The successful candidate will design, optimize, and maintain our Snowflake environment to support critical financial reporting and analytics, utilizing advanced SQL and data integration techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Snowflake Development: Design, develop, and manage Snowflake data warehouse solutions optimized for financial applications.
  • SQL Expertise: Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Performance Optimization: Apply data modeling, partitioning, and indexing strategies to optimize Snowflake performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with financial analysts and business stakeholders to meet data analysis and reporting needs.
  • Data Security & Compliance: Ensure data integrity and security within Snowflake, adhering to financial industry standards and regulations.
  • Data Migration: Lead data migration projects from legacy systems to Snowflake, ensuring minimal business impact.
  • Technical Support: Provide Snowflake expertise and support for internal teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on Snowflake features, updates, and best practices to enhance data warehouse capabilities.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Snowflake systems, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years in Snowflake data warehousing development.
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills with expertise in query optimization.
  • Data Warehousing: Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and integration best practices.
  • Snowflake Knowledge: Proficient in Snowflake's architecture, features, and best practices.
  • ETL Development: Experienced in ETL and data integration, including Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other Azure services.
  • Financial Sector Experience: Familiarity with financial industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data security protocols.
  • Python Skills: Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial reporting, risk management, or investment analytics.
  • Familiarity with additional data integration tools and BI platforms.
  • Relevant certifications, such as the Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification.
