Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Design Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the design process from conception to execution, ensuring that our products meet user needs and align with business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in analytics and user acceptance testing to drive product improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and design methodologies.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Product Market Fit, understand the market needs and what is TetraMem's unique value proposition and the key differentiator.
  • Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with TetraMem's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, build compelling business cases, and prioritize product requirements and specifications.
  • Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring flawless execution through effective leadership and collaboration.
  • Foster innovation within the product team, encouraging the development of proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and other creative solutions.
  • Lead a product team, providing direction and support to achieve high performance and product excellence.
  • Collaborate with the R&D Team to create proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and other creative ways to gather direct feedback early in the product development process.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations on product strategy and market opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and technology advancements to inform product decisions and strategy.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple teams around the world.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • A self-driven leader with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related STEM field with ASIC/SoC chip product development experience with 16+ years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree with 14+ years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product team leadership, preferably in the AI, computing, or related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and work within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate product value and differentiation.
  • Data-driven and entrepreneurship mindset with the ability to analyze product metrics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions.
  • Previous experience in a high-tech, startup, or AI technology environment is highly desirable.
