Overview:

As a Product Owner, you will manage multiple product backlogs and ensure that the development teams deliver high-quality features that meet Keap s ideal customer needs. You will work closely with Product Managers to understand the product vision and business goals associated with current initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between Product Management and the development team, translating business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Your role involves prioritizing the backlog, ensuring the delivered product aligns with the product vision, business goals, and requirements as communicated by Product Management, and maximizing the value delivered by the development team.

What you ll be doing...

• Excellent communication skills showing an ability to interact with Product Management and development teams to drive on-time completion of projects

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, and others as required to successfully meet deliverables

• Ability to provide clear and timely communication on the priority of backlog items and the status of current development efforts

• Ability to facilitate and lead all Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, refinement, demo reviews.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices

• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

• Excellent prioritization skills to manage the product backlog effectively

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality features

• Proven track record managing multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines

• Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation

• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Proficiency in using project management tools to track progress, manage workloads and report on status

• Capability to coordinate and align various project elements to achieve overall business objectives

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field - or demonstrable experience showing proficiency and understanding of the Small Business Automation space

• 2+ years of experience in a product owner role or similar position

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices

• Experience with Agile project management tools and software

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions
