Opportunity (Full-Time): Senior Data Manager/Developer USSOUTHCOM Logistics Directorate (Doral, Florida).

Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking a Senior Data Manager/Developer to provide full-time support to the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Theater Maintenance Partnership Initiative (TMPI) program at Headquarters USSOUTHCOM Logistics Directorate (J4), Multinational Logistics (MNL) Division, in Doral, Florida.

Location: Doral, Florida (USSOUTHCOM HQ)

Level of Effort: Full-Time

Availability: Immediate opening

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the USSOUTHCOM SCJ4 and the MNL Program Manager to define/refine data strategy and metrics determinations for the design and delivery of a USSOUTHCOM TMPI asset visibility and equipment readiness reporting system.
  • Establish a USSOUTHCOM-level common operating picture for data management and reporting requirements for all TMPI supporting enterprises and agencies down to the line-item or serial number level of detail. Data will require harmonization, cleansing, and warehousing in an established and protected integrated data environment (IDE).
  • Examine/leverage existing and emerging TMPI country readiness reporting capabilities to support the data strategy and metrics reporting determinations to facilitate a USSOUTHCOM TMPI asset visibility and equipment readiness reporting system.
  • Support and facilitate USSOUTHCOM-hosted TMPI asset management and readiness reporting reviews.
  • Other TMPI-specific program coordination tasks as approved by the SCJ4 MNL Lead.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
  • 10-15 years of experience in Data Management and Data Development in increasing levels of leadership and staff responsibility in DoD, DoS, or other major government organization.
  • Staff experience with a U.S. or Allied Headquarters, the Joint or Service HQ Staff, a Combatant Command in developing asset visibility and readiness reporting solutions.
  • Experience in working with allied, coalition, or Partner Nations related to security cooperation efforts and knowledge of and experience with security cooperation authorities, policies, processes, procedures, and resources.
  • Experience and understanding of Partner Nation institutional level equipment maintenance and readiness challenges, supply chain management and effectiveness, and experience with DoD defense articles sourcing, delivery, and sustainment.
  • U.S. Secret Clearance a must.
