Summary: Harpak-ULMA Packaging is on the lookout for a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead our Vertical Form Fill & Seal Packaging Machines & Filling Equipment product lines. If you have 6-10 years of experience in product management, particularly with multi-head weighers, and are eager to launch a new product area, this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead innovation efforts, staying ahead of market trends and customer needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and refine product strategies.
  • Advocate for customers by identifying pain points and driving product innovations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and campaigns.
  • Provide input throughout the New Product Introduction process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6-10 years in product management with multi-head weighers.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strategic vision, data analysis, strong communication, and collaboration.
  • Travel: 25-35% annually.
