Description

The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and integrating new partner companies into our HRIS. Your expertise in HRIS administration and compliance will be essential in ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations. This position works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders and reports to the People Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain our UKG Pro HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security with a focus on employee and manager self-service.
  • Responsible for system and data field configuration and architecture setup ensuring scalability and consistency for a growing organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HRIS enhancements, upgrades, and partner integrations.
  • Lead efforts on HRIS/HCM system module implementations including recommendations on best practice
  • Identify areas for process improvement with a focus on efficiency and workflows within HRIS functions and recommend solutions.
  • Lead system testing, implementation, and training for new HRIS initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in HRIS administration, data reporting, and system implementation.
  • 3+ years of enterprise UKG system implementation and administration experience.
