Minnie Rose, a leading contemporary knitwear brand, is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial minded, results oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in building and managing a sales team to achieve top line growth. They will be responsible for creating a sales strategy and handling day to day management of company sales. This position will report to the CEO and will have experience working with customers in the contemporary apparel market.
Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic sales and account plans to accommodate company goals
- Hire regional account executives with skill set needed to achieve regional sales goals
- Seek growth opportunities, find new customers/channels of business and find new opportunities with existing customers
- Analyze sales and inventory and provide feedback to management team
- Travel to regional tradeshows and represent the company
- Follow products through the supply chain to assure on time delivery to stores
- Provide feedback to product development team on best sellers
- Coordinate all sales meetings
- Arrange local tradeshows
- Arrange sales tools for the sales team
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of sales experience of managing and leading a sales team in the contemporary market
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in ERP system, knowledge of AIMS is a plus
- BA/BS degree
- External-facing/strong presenter on product on behalf of the brand
- Smart, organized, self-sufficient, and goal-oriented
