Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Representative at The FiDi Hotel located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest inquiries and issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Knowledge of Hotel Operations and Reservation Systems

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
