  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Scope Of Services

The Program Manager will work with the NYC Digital Service team to organize, plan, and track workstreams to deliver nyc.gov redesign and other projects as needed. The project manager will be involved in stakeholder and working team meetings. All on-going work and deliverables will be reviewed together with the NYC Digital Service Design team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage workstreams for build of nyc.gov core to delivery high quality digital experiences on time.
  • Establish, track project deliverables and help mitigate obstacles in executing a work plan forproject activities, sprints or phases.
  • Lead and manage sprint planning and task management.
  • Monitor project activities, document agreements, communicate to project stakeholders, andescalate issues on a timely basis.
  • Establish deadlines and monitor the progress of the project, following up with relevantstakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings with teams and stakeholders with clear, prioritized agendas and provide timelyrecaps and drive resolution of next steps

Mandatory Skills/Experience

Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing web projects
  • Demonstrated experience helping drive websites and web features to launch, with attention to detailand quality user experiences.
  • Deep knowledge of agile project management practices, with experience leading sprints in a largeorganization and proactive planning.
  • Experience pairing with other disciples to launch digital tools and services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and work with leadership, experts anddecision makers, cross-functionally and across teams, coaching teams to drive outcomes.
  • Knowledge of agile ways of working and modern software development practices.
  • Experience setting up project management processes for cross functional teams that have variousways of working
