Resolvion seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Improvement Professional to join our team. The VP of Process Improvement candidate will be responsible for analyzing client level performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive performance effectiveness across all clients. This VP of Process Improvement role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in performance improvement and data analysis.This hybrid role will have a compensation structure of a base salary plus a 25% performance based bonus annually.

To be successful in this role, one must excel in the following:

Process Analysis and Improvement:

· Conduct thorough assessments of batch level recovery performance to identify areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement performance improvement strategies.

· Complete post-mortem analysis on failed batch performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.

· Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

· Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented improvements and adjust strategies as necessary.

Project Management:

· Lead and manage performance improvement processes.

· Lead and manage a light, or deep skip tracer team.

· Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

Engagement:

· Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand company needs and align improvement initiatives with organizational goals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support performance improvement efforts.

· Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in performance improvement or a related field required.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple levels of the organization.

· Proven track record of leading successful performance improvement projects and initiatives.

Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

· Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficient in performance improvement methodologies

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members at all levels.

· Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis applications.
