Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage platform solutions, including shell scripting and advanced OS troubleshooting.
- Perform new builds and deployments, software installations, system tuning, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and resolve complex hardware/software issues.
- Work with applications deployed on the RedHat OpenShift container platform.
- Assist in administration activities for containerized applications and provide technical support to platform users.
- Provide guidance and best practices documentation for the adoption of containerized applications.
