  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist who can help drive these initiatives forward through sophisticated data analysis, statistical modeling, and practical problem-solving. While this is an 8-month contract role, it offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to projects with global environmental impact.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a proven track record in:
  • Advanced Python development, including extensive experience with object-oriented programming and the Pandas ecosystem
  • Production-level code development, including code refactoring and Git version control
  • Complex data analysis and statistical modeling, particularly with messy, real-world datasets
  • Strong foundation in statistical methods and experimental design
  • SQL database querying and data manipulation at scale
  • Time series forecasting experience is highly valued

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of post-Ph.D. industry experience
  • Software: Python, Pandas, SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical problems into practical solutions
  • Track record of delivering high-impact data science projects
