Digital Trainer & Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Broad knowledge of digital tools and services.
• Support enterprise technology initiatives around Digital Self-Service, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Process Mining to facilitate the transformation of the organization.
• Enhance and document support processes (SOPs) to elevate user satisfaction and streamline content workflows.
• Communication Skills: You're a digital storyteller, able to communicate complex ideas with clarity and inspire others to embrace digital transformation.
• Provide innovative training and thorough documentation, enabling users to fully leverage tools and processes.
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Be agile and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced news environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with end users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth rollouts of digital solutions while addressing roadblocks and facilitating continuous improvement.

Required Education + Experience

• Federal agency requires ship
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or similar degree.
• 3+ years in digital operations or technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems and workflows.
• Experience developing, optimizing, and publishing content on digital platforms.
• Utilizing prime delivery methods for content, including text, multi-media, video, and social media.
• MS Ecosystem Knowledge: From SharePoint and MS Teams to OneNote and Lists, you've got the Microsoft ecosystem covered, ensuring seamless integration and governance of digital tools.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as strong computer skills.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such SSRS report builder, PowerBI, or Tableau highly preferred.
• Self-directed, yet strong orientation to be successful in groups and on teams.
• Innovation & Change Leadership: You're a forward-thinker who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, always looking for ways to push boundaries and drive digital innovation.

Preferred Certifications:

• Experience using one or more of the following applications: JIRA, Confluence, Box, Mural, Slack
