This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance and does not have the ability to sponsor candidates for clearance processing.
RedRock is currently in search of a proficient Software Engineer with extensive expertise in Angular, Spring Boot, and Java. Demonstrated experience collaborating within agile environments, effectively contributing to development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements:
- Adept at designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code that meets the highest standards of quality.
- Skilled in identifying bottlenecks and bugs within applications, coupled with the capability to devise effective solutions to enhance performance and user experience.
- Committed to adhering to established coding standards and practices, with the ability to conduct constructive peer reviews to elevate team performance.
- Possesses a solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with keen insight into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) lifecycle.
- Knowledgeable in micro services architecture, recognizing its advantages in creating scalable and maintainable applications.
- Familiar with accessibility standards, with the competence to implement these guidelines to ensure inclusivity in software design.
- Experienced in deploying testing platforms and unit testing methodologies to ensure robustness and reliability of code.
- Proficient in utilizing GitHub for version control and collaborative code management.
- Experienced with Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery.
- Familiarity with JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
Required Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, or a comparable combination of education and 5 years' experience.
