The Engineer will be responsible for analyzing safety, production, and maintenance processes to improve margins and ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include reviewing OEM processes, monitoring quality control systems, recommending process improvements, and mentoring assigned personnel. This role involves significant collaboration with senior staff on issues like safety, finance, and purchasing. Candidates must have a balance of Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Data Manipulation experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering.
  • 3+ years of heavy manufacturing experience, preferably in the wood industry.
