- Job Role: Workspace One System Engineer
- Duration: 3 months with possible extension
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Interview Process: Video
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Requires local candidate or from surrounding areas in Chicago
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, monitoring, and remediation of security and feature updates for Windows Workstation devices
- Installation, update, and removal of applications
- Using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Workstation Enrollment, Smart Groups, Tags, PowerShell scripts for creating Sensors with Workspace One
- Developing scripts and automations for efficient deployments
- Coordinating Windows Security and Feature deployments to workstation devices
- Providing deployment reports and analysis
- Troubleshooting application and Microsoft deployments, including Windows 10 and WMI related issues
- Working with application teams for deployment/removal of Applications
- Creating Smart Groups, Tags, Automations, PowerShell scripts, and Assignment Groups
- Analyzing system faults, reviewing diagnostic tests, and troubleshooting Workspace One Devices and Systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with two or more years of Workspace One experience
- At least one year of hands-on experience supporting Workspace One
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerShell, API, and SCCM
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks or projects within tight deadlines
- Initiative to solve problems, troubleshoot, and identify process improvements
Desired Qualifications:
- More than two years of experience with Workspace One
- Workspace One certification
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management (SCCM)
