The ERP Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions to optimize business operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

ERP System Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system.

Business Process Analysis:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their business processes and needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend ERP system enhancements.

Implementation and Customization:

  • Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules or updates.
  • Customize ERP solutions to meet business requirements, including configuring settings and developing custom reports.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.

Data Management:

  • Ensure proper data migration, data entry, and data management within the ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Work with IT to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with ERP systems.
  • Experience in business process analysis and improvement.
  • Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in ERP systems or related fields.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management and Production systems
  • Experience with pick/pack/ship operations
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
