ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our Analytics team. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be the primary source of information around our market research reporting efforts, providing prompt and effective reporting to key decision makers within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure accurate and timely reporting and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for all business related reporting, building and maintaining key metrics that drive decision-making across the business.
- Identify and report to leadership on key performance indicators relevant to the business.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure visibility into business-related activities across the organization.
- Work with leadership to develop pricing methodologies and analysis.
- Analyze research report data and engagement patterns to identify trends, recommend improvements, and address potential issues before they become major concerns.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation to ensure best practice protocols are being followed across the organization.
- Analyze partnership opportunities across various regions and client types.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or other related field. MBA is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years experience in a Business Operations position or other analytical role. SaaS-based company experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Hubspot, Salesforce and the G-Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad fraud detection, and media measurement concepts is a plus.
