We are looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative to sell Curenta s full-service digital healthcare offerings, including pharmacy, primary care, and lab services. This role requires targeting healthcare providers, assisted living facilities, and clinics. Mandarin and Cantonese fluency is essential, as you will cater to Chinese-speaking clients in Alhambra and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with healthcare providers, including assisted living facilities, clinics, and long-term care providers, to drive the adoption of Curenta s comprehensive digital healthcare solutions.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and live demonstrations, showcasing Curenta s range of services, including pharmacy, primary care, lab services, and our AI-powered EMR software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to market growth.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to senior management for strategy development.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand Curenta s brand presence and generate new leads.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or digital health solutions.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (preferably both), spoken and written, to engage with diverse client groups effectively.
  • Proven ability to prospect, acquire, and close clients, with strong experience in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and territory development.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other sales management platforms to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Strong ability to present technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner to senior healthcare professionals, demonstrating excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector, particularly assisted living facilities and healthcare regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt sales strategies based on real-time feedback and market conditions.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
