You will be focusing on small to mid-sized businesses, providing them with co-managed IT services and fully managed solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition (80% Focus): Identify and connect with small to medium-sized businesses (10-250 employees) to offer our IT management services.
- Internal Sales (20% Focus): Upsell and cross-sell to our existing clients to ensure they have the best technology solutions available.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, from IT managers to business owners, across various industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services.
- Develop a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads generated through networking events, local chambers of commerce, and vendor relationships.
- Provide clients with tailored IT service offerings, including network maintenance, server and workstation management, cybersecurity solutions, cloud computing, and backup services.
- Promote and sell IT services with a focus on contractual agreements, including multi-year contracts and fully managed service packages.
- Competitive salary plus commission with significant earning potential.
