WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work closely with assigned department associates, both in the field and in the office, to ensure BuildPro schedules, integration, and processes are performing smoothly and efficiently
- Work closely with assigned trade partners to identify potential training and/or process issues and work with the responsible party(s) to ensure discovered items, which can be a Trade Partner misuse, company misuse and/or systematic, are handled in a timely manner
- Review system and error reports daily to ensure there are no integration issues
- Assist team with ongoing training sessions offered to Neal Communities and trade partners provided online
- Elevate questions, concerns, and systematical issues to IT for review, discussion, and help with resolution
- Provides accurate and timely support to the Construction, Purchasing, Design, and Sales departments for BuildPro and NewStar systems
- Trade Partner Set Up in Hyphen Solutions
- BuildPro Template Set Up for New Communities and maintenance for existing communities
- Ensure the system maintains correct information by acting as the liaison between the departments and IT
- Assist in testing, upgrading, and implementing existing applications and implementing new phases of existing applications
- Train new business users and peers on the use of applications and technical aspects of the applications
- Develop and deliver progress reports and application documentation as needed
- Develop best practices and tools for application execution and support
- Review system and error reports daily to ensure there are no integration issues

WHAT YOU BRING:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree (BA/BS) is preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing Systems Administration is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate level is required for word processing, detailed analysis, spreadsheet creation, and information retrieval; advanced proficiency is preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience with NewStar and BuildPro are required
- Able to collaborate well with a team, take direction from supervisors, stay detail-oriented, follow guidelines, and stick to schedules
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize performance measures and drive cost savings
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to organize, schedule, and prioritize departmental and individual work to meet objectives and deadlines; prioritize on short notice
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners and telephones
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
