Our client is seeking a Junior CNO Developer for a full-time role supporting a U.S. Government customer. This opportunity involves contributing technical expertise to sustain critical mission-related software and systems on a large government contract.
Responsibilities:
1st Opening: Join a team of developers focused on Unix, Windows, or Mobile capabilities to support the mission of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining CNO capabilities.
2nd Opening: Collaborate with developers working on security-focused, OS-centric capabilities, supporting the mission to design, develop, test, and maintain CNO capabilities.
- Design custom software tools and techniques across various platforms.
- Work closely with customers to understand evolving requirements.
- Develop documentation relevant to operating and supporting created software and techniques.
- Mentor junior developers.
Must Have's:
- Active or reinstate-able TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- 1+ years of experience and a Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python development
- Experience developing applications on Windows or Unix
- Strong knowledge of OS internals and network protocols
- Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Salary Range: $115,000 to $190,000
