The Enterprise GRC System Administrator is responsible for managing the organization's GRC system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Troubleshoots and resolves any GRC-related hardware, software, user access, or other system issues. Integrates GRC systems and applications with software solutions to streamline business processes and data flow. Plans and implements new GRC modules, upgrades, and patches according to business needs. Develops departmental processes, policies, and procedures to ensure best practices in the administration and processing of GRC data. Monitors and reviews support requests to ensure timely response to, and resolution of, issues or bugs and coordinates resources and workflow for fixes.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the seamless functioning of an organization's GRC systems.
Working with infrastructure and GRC solutions.
Implementing, testing, and maintaining backup and recovery strategies.
Installing, configuring, operating, tuning, and replacing GRC systems.
Working with vendors and user site personnel.
Evaluating software systems to identify deficiencies.
Reviewing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and upgrading operating systems software and databases.
Demonstrates and promotes a culture of compliance.
Designs and configures custom forms, compliance workflows, coding, privacy, auditing functions, notifications, assessments, etc.
Review end-user workflow change requests to determine impacts, risks, and benefits within compliance applications.
Build custom reports and dashboards within the compliance application.
Prepares compliance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Configures new end-user accounts; manages and audits existing accounts across all divisions.
Creates new folders or modifies existing folder structure across all divisions.
Develop internal training materials and ensure all users conform to established standards.
Troubleshoots issues, assists end-users with questions and serves as a primary contact for application vendor (-s) support.
Conducts ad-hoc data export/import.
Ensures systems are configured to support enterprise initiatives.
Provides guidance and assistance to module administrators.
Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field. Experience and certifications in lieu of degree.
3+ years of experience configuring and managing integrated risk & compliance scalable software.
3+ years of experience in programming, working with BI reporting and end-user account management.
CHC required or obtained within 12 months.
SAI360 System Administrator Certification is required or obtained within 30 days or as offered by the vendor.
MS Office Expert (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to operationalize key initiatives relative to application.
Ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload.
Ability to work with and maintain physician, patient, patient account, and personal data confidentiality.
Willing to take on new responsibilities.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to approach and solve problems logically.
Motivated to continue learning processes as the system is upgraded.
Patience, coupled with strong people skills.

Physical Demands
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
