Job DescriptionMAXISIQ is seeking a highly experienced Management Analyst SME to the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) operations providing expert-level analysis and advisory services in support of organizational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This is a full-time role out of Redstone Arsenal, AL. Work is anticipated mid December 2024 upon award.
Duties involved with this role:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex organizational challenges, using advanced quantitative and qualitative methods to assess processes, operations, and strategies.
- Provide high-level recommendations to senior leadership on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing resources.
- Identify inefficiencies in current business processes and develop comprehensive plans to improve workflow and operational effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to implement process changes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Work with leadership to align operations with overall strategic goals and mission objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational improvements.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to promote analytical best practices and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Clearance Requirement: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum
As a recognized Industry Leader, display a depth of capabilities
- Evaluating complex problems, to recommending data-driven solutions, and optimizing organizational processes.
- Operational analysis, project management, and business process improvement, particularly within a DoD or government environment.
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, and advanced knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAS).
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Critical thinking skills with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex operational problems.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects, including process reengineering and change initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff, lead analytical teams, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
