  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Must be able to travel onsite to Iselin, NJ, 4-days per week, with an occasional travel up to NY when needed.

Must Haves:

  • Needs to have strong Financial Reconciliation/Collateral experience (needs to be able to define reconciliations, set up/configure reports in PowerBI or Tableau. Needs to have a strong understanding of Financial Instruments, along with their flow of payments (an understanding of different trades that are conducted)
  • Will need to have strong Documentation skills, along with Data Analysis abilities as well. If they have any SWIFT messaging experience, it\'ll be a plus.
  • Looking for a solid BA/PM (7+ years) with strong Financial Reconciliations Collateral experience (must be throughout their resume). Needs to be able to conduct data analysis, including creating complex SQL queries to extract data from the DB; Ability to work on multiple projects, ability to manage a project from start-to-finish, etc.
  • It would be ideal if they had a PMP, but not an absolute must.

  • 7+ years of experience as senior BA / PM.
  • Solid understanding and experience ofFinancial reconciliations AND Collateral.
    • Preferred - Prior experience on Designing, configuring automation of Financial Reports / Reconciliations, using industry accepted tools, like PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, Intellimatch, Proactive, Duco, etc.
  • Experience/knowledge of different financial instruments, including FI, Equities, ETDs OTC derivatives.
  • Understanding of life cycle ofFinancial trades, including FI, EQ, Derivatives, FX.Knowledge oftrades clearing and settlement.
  • Experience oncollateral settlement process.
  • Experience onSwiftmessages - primarily payments and Cash management messages, Securities Market.
  • Experience working on MQ, NDM, sftp.
  • Experience in Data analysis, including creating complex SQL queries to extract data from DB. Experience in MySQL, PLSQL, Oracle.
  • Must be able to work on multiple complex projects, involving multiple business and IT teams, located across the globe, to identify requirements, and perform gap analysis.
  • Able to create variety of project documents project plans, FRD/BRD, process flows etc.
  • Experience in Jira, confluence, Service Now, MS office.
  • Prior experience in Banking / Financial industry.
  • Able to Identify, document and remediate gaps in processes and ensure the alignment of IT department with internal guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Must have worked with different business teams, including Finance, OPS, Compliance.
  • Able to manage a project end to end.

Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience as senior BA / PM.
  • Solid understanding and experience ofFinancial reconciliations AND Collateral.

Education:

  • Graduate, in Finance, Engor related fields.
  • Preferred Candidates with PMP.
