We are seeking a skilled Facilities Industrial Engineer to manage and optimize industrial water facility systems in a dynamic 24x7 manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will leverage their engineering expertise to ensure reliable system performance, collaborate across teams, and deliver effective technical guidance. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high operational standards, reducing costs, and enhancing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, operate, maintain, and repair industrial water facility systems.
- Utilize engineering skills and systematic problem-solving to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with facility technicians, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain compliance with operational standards.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance for equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and specifications for system design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Work with suppliers to implement cost-effective and technically accurate solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Equipment/System Engineering, or Water Purification/Water Treatment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience presenting technical data to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to manage projects outside of direct supervision.
- Strong system troubleshooting skills.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.
