Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: monitoring system health, troubleshooting system problems, and maintaining storage systems.

Provide after-hours on-call/call-in support on a rotational basis, ensure system security requirements are satisfied, create/maintain system scripts, patch/upgrade system, and administer user accounts.

Requirements:

A Bachelor s degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requirement

4+ years experience with Java, 3+ years with Python and JavaScript, and 2+ years with shell scripts

5 years of building and maintaining systems running on Linux or other UNIX-like systems

2 years working with DevOps or DevSecOps teams in deploying and troubleshooting container-based systems

TS/SCI with current CI poly Preferred Requirements

Security+ or equivalent certification and willingness to serve as a privileged user supporting deployed systems testing

2 years experience with Kubernetes (Red Hat OpenShift or another variant)

Experience with NiFi

Requirements management

Maintaining systems documentation

Experience with cross-domain system
