  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are looking for a SEC Reporting Senior Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop accounting organizational strategies by contributing accounting and financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages in accordance with U.S. GAAP and other management reporting practices
  • Prepare all forms required to be filed by the SEC including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Proxy Statements, Section 16 filings, S-8s and any other required filings
  • Drive improvements related to financial reporting, streamlining processes to gather information, prepare internal documentation, and complete public reporting
  • Establish accounting operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change

Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years accounting experience experience
  • Extensive experience with financial reporting and SEC regulatory reporting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to understand complex business scenarios and to create and execute plans that reflect this understanding
