Axle Informatics is seeking a Corporate Development, Mergers and Acquisitions Execution Team Member to support corporate development initiatives in support of our long-term growth strategy. We are open to a range of titles and years of experience for this position as it is a small, yet growing team. Title and compensation will be commensurate with the knowledge and capabilities of the candidate.

In This Role, You Will…
- Support the execution of all Corporate Development processes including strategy, pipeline, due diligence, performing valuation/financial modeling and analysis, executing key terms with advisors and coordinating deal processes with function heads and related parties.
- Support the development of presentations for meetings with business leads, executive leadership, and external stakeholders, which would include target profile, market analysis, the business case, risks, and financial modeling
- Develop competitive market and capability maps for M&A scenarios
- Analyze the potential targets received, perform relevant research and mapping to Axle for strategic fit, develop corresponding target profile tear sheet and market maps, and relay key information to Head of Corporate Development and other Executive Sponsors/Leadership as appropriate
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential acquisition targets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track program performance against objectives
- Manage analysis and approach for conferences, events, and tools to support Corporate Development capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in corporate development, finance, or investment banking (see below for appropriate titles)
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality and a strong sense of drive and ability to work effectively and meet goals in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative, team player with positive attitude and creative problem solving.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Have the ability for occasional travel to events/conferences a few times per year.
Compensation:
Corporate Development, M&A Execution Analyst
- 2-3 years of experience
- $80K-$100K
Corporate Development, M&A Execution Associate
- 4-5 years of experience
- $100K - $120K
Corporate Development, M&A Execution Senior Associate
- 5-7 years of experience
- $120K-$140K

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
Salary Range: $80,000 USD - $140,000 USD
