V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an AP/Invoice Analyst for our premier client in Everett, Washington.
Education And Experience »
- Need to have hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Invoicing.
- Experience with Oracle is nice to have but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Need someone who is detailed oriented and accurate to take care of timely approval of Invoices, communication.
- Processing of invoices per week including review, approval.
- Forwarding irregular charges to internal teams for further review/escalation
- Responding to vendors and internal teams about past due invoices or other invoices related inquiries.
- Submitting support tickets with HQ AP team when needed.
- Providing feedback on automation or process improvement ideas to help streamline.
- Keep track of escalated invoices or ticket inquiries and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Support internal teams with questions or requests relating to the specific invoices in scope.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Primary focus of the team is forecasting and budgeting, also responsible for reconciling payments and accruals while providing financial analysis, reporting, and general support.
