As a QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions by conducting thorough testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, a strong grasp of testing methodologies including various automated testing platforms, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and objectives.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce applications, ensuring that all features meet defined requirements and deliver optimal user experiences.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, issues, and discrepancies encountered during testing, utilizing issue tracking systems and collaborating with developers to facilitate resolution.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and provide input to ensure testability and validation of system requirements from the QA perspective.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test scripts, test matrices, and testing reports, to communicate progress, results, and potential risks to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers to understand technical specifications and contribute to troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues.
- Stay current with industry best practices, testing methodologies, and Salesforce updates to continuously enhance the QA process and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies, sharing insights and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Quality Assurance Analyst or QA Engineer with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, components, and capabilities, including declarative configuration and custom development.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools and testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, WDIO, Karate) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach to testing and problem-solving, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and XRay are a plus.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
