Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive foot traffic to our website, increase brand visibility, and grow our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing:
- Create and manage a content calendar for social media platforms.
- Post engaging content, respond to comments, and interact with followers.
- Run social media contests, promotions, and targeted ads.
- Online Advertising (PPC):
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Implement remarketing campaigns to target previous website visitors.
- Direct Mail Campaigns:
- Design and coordinate the mailing of postcards to targeted demographics.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of direct mail campaigns.
- Video Marketing:
- Create and manage a YouTube channel with informative and engaging videos.
- Produce video ads and live webinars to engage with potential clients.
- Community Outreach and Events:
- Plan and participate in community events and sponsorships.
- Host educational seminars and workshops on property management topics.
- Email Marketing:
- Build and maintain an email list of potential and current clients.
- Send regular newsletters and automated email campaigns.
- Partnership and Networking:
- Develop partnerships with real estate agents and local businesses.
- Join industry associations and participate in networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Associate s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Proven experience with digital marketing, SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing.
- Strong content creation skills, including writing, video production, and graphic design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
