Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive foot traffic to our website, increase brand visibility, and grow our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Create and manage a content calendar for social media platforms.
    • Post engaging content, respond to comments, and interact with followers.
    • Run social media contests, promotions, and targeted ads.
  • Online Advertising (PPC):
    • Develop and manage PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Implement remarketing campaigns to target previous website visitors.
  • Direct Mail Campaigns:
    • Design and coordinate the mailing of postcards to targeted demographics.
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of direct mail campaigns.
  • Video Marketing:
    • Create and manage a YouTube channel with informative and engaging videos.
    • Produce video ads and live webinars to engage with potential clients.
  • Community Outreach and Events:
    • Plan and participate in community events and sponsorships.
    • Host educational seminars and workshops on property management topics.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Build and maintain an email list of potential and current clients.
    • Send regular newsletters and automated email campaigns.
  • Partnership and Networking:
    • Develop partnerships with real estate agents and local businesses.
    • Join industry associations and participate in networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing, SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, video production, and graphic design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms).
