  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Skill Requirements
The Tool Administrators will require experience and expertise in the systems they manage so that as new updates occur, or new functionality is required, they are able to comply with IRS requirements. The Contractor will have the responsibility of maintaining and updating the above list of Government furnished tools and to ensure they are kept up to date, to ensure IRS operations are maintained. This includes updating tools with all software and hardware updates and updating tools with all information necessary for the NMCC to operate at peak efficiencies.
The Contractor s NMCC Tool Administrators will be responsible for maintaining all tools identified in the PWS and are expected to produce reports as required. The Contractor is responsible for determining how the workload will be distributed but the NMCC tool administrators will require experience in the following:
Cisco Secure ISE ACS Tool used to authenticate authorized users and perform accounting services to log onto network devices and selected applications. Administrators currently perform day to day upkeep of the tool to include software and hardware application deployment, configuration management, maintenance, patches, upgrades, backup, disaster recovery and integration with other network management tools. Cisco Secure ACS currently runs on Windows.
Cisco and Riverbed UC Monitoring Solution IRS is currently using both Cisco Prime Assurance and Riverbed UCCX tool to help monitor and trend VoIP network within IRS. Administrators are expected to perform day to day upkeep of the tool to include software application deployment, configuration/management, maintenance, patches, upgrades, backup, disaster recovery and integration with other network management tools. Riverbed Aternity: Workstation Monitoring/Management Platform: Administrators are expected to perform day to day upkeep of the tool to include software application deployment, configuration/management, maintenance, patches, upgrades, backup, disaster recovery and integration with other network management tools.
Aruba Airwave Management Platform manages wired and wireless infrastructure from Aruba and a wide range of third-party manufacturers, and provides granular visibility into devices, users and applications on the network. Aruba Clearpass Policy Manager - combines contextual policy management with next- generation AAA, BYOD and device assessment services to provide all the robust security of a wired network in a wireless environment.
This includes but is not limited to:
Policy Updates (HPNA and ISE)
Application changes and upgrades
IP address changes
Response paths
Adding or deleting sites and or network devices
Making configuration changes
Upgrading Operating Systems
Using Standard PC Software Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
FISMA Must be versed in Fisma Requirements ensuring full compliance and participate during all audits
Developing Alerting and Setting Thresholds
