The Field Operations team, consisting of experts in data collection, drone pilots, and field specialists, is dedicated to delivering high-quality results through precision, collaboration, and innovation. We value attention to detail and efficiency, ensuring that every piece of data collected in the field is accurate and actionable. Together, we solve challenges in real time, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and a shared commitment to excellence in field operations.
About the Role:
As a Data Coordinator for the US Electricity Transmission & Distribution sector, you will be based in our Denver office and report to the Director, Operations. You will play a critical role in supporting the planning and coordination of our US operations team as we continue to grow. This role will have a significant impact in preventing wildfires.

Job Responsibilities:
- Organize, process and deliver photographic data on a variety of electricity transmission and distribution scopes and projects, ensuring quality and timeliness of the deliverable data. Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure swift and accurate delivery.
- Work with clients to determine requirements for data quality and delivery. Responsible for taking on client feedback and creating actions based on it.
- Create and maintain written capture standards for the field teams. Ensure field teams are fully aware of the capture requirements and standards, and advise the field teams if data deviates from these requirements
- Maintain progress tracking systems, ensuring deliverables are tracked and traceable.
- Complete ad-hoc requests (special projects) relating to data delivery
- Continuously seek innovative and more efficient ways of working.
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the business.

Job Requirements:
- Interest in photography, image processing and data management, including data entry, Excel and databases.
- Interest in GIS systems
- Interest in the electricity transmission and distribution sector and the prevention of wildfires.
- Computer literacy, including an understanding of MS office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bonus Experience:
- Experience and/or background in photography, image processing and data management, including data entry, Excel and databases
- Experience with or background knowledge of GIS systems
Additional Details:
- Eligibility to live and work in the US with high fluency in English.
- Passport recommended to be able to visit our headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland
- Valid Driver s License recommended
- Be able to access the Denver office on a regular basis and when required
- Minimal to no travel expectation
- Occasional work required outside of normal schedule, which would result in overtime pay if more than 40 hours are worked in a work week
- The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle check, and reference check during the onboarding process.
