Title: Business Analyst - Senior
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience conducting analyses at varying levels of detail, appropriate to the project and phases of project, aligning with OPS standards.
Experience conducting business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects, including screen specifications, business rules, data migration requirements, etc.
Proven experience in conducting business and system analysis in respect to building data marts/data warehouses/data lake house or Business Intelligence/Data Analytics and Reporting solutions
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as PowerBI
Basic knowledge of SQL language; ability to execute SQL queries.
Understanding of concepts around ETL, data quality, data cleaning, data issues handling.
Experience in conducting business and system analysis for a hashtag#Dynamics365 CE and/or F&O solution or other CRM/ERP solutions
Experience creating use cases, test plans, test cases, test scripts ideally around reporting and/or data migration

Qualifications

Musthaves:
#10+ years of experience leading and conducting business and system analysis to assess client s business problems/opportunities and document the business/system requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be designed.
Proven experience in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
Proven experience in conducting business and system analysis in respect to building data marts/ data warehouses/data lakehouse or Business Intelligence/Data Analytics and Reporting solutions
Demonstrated experience working as a business analyst in large/complex data migration projects.
Demonstrated experience with writing user stories and using tools such as DevOps.
