Project Manager Needed! (Hybrid. Tues-Thurs in office)

LHH has a client in El Segundo, CA who needs a Project Manager on a contract opportunity!

Job Overview:

This role will provide project management expertise in a variety of areas as Internet Brands (IB) integrates its latest acquisition.

Responsibilities include:

Assist IB with Procurement related functions as it adds/eliminates new products and services.

Track vendors that IB intends to keep, eliminate and/or establish new arrangements or contracts.

Coordinate and communicate with Seller and IB procurement teams.

Oversight of acquisition Transition Services Agreement (TSA).

Ensuring services (e.g. Accounting/Billing/Financial, Technology, Marketing, Operations, etc.) are delivered timely and accurately.

Costs and services provided by Seller are stepped down in accordance with agreement.

Coordinate on regular/daily basis with Seller and internal stakeholders at IB; must communicate with different disciplines (e.g. Technology, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, etc.) and leaders.

Assist IB with System Separation Exercise (as needed).

Facilitate cross functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders to raise challenges, develop mitigation plans, and update project timelines and deliverables.

Provide regular status updates to leadership by communicating updates, escalations, dependencies, etc.

Requirements:

Several years of experience in online marketing, key account management and/or project management in a digital context.

Relevant industry knowledge from the pharmaceutical or agency environment.

Strong communication skills and experience in relationship creation and management.

Degree in related industry preferred.

Pay: $75-$80/hour
