As the Director of Data Analytics and Automation, you won t just manage data; you ll be the architect of their data-driven future. This dynamic role invites you to shape the strategic direction of their analytics initiatives and automation efforts, driving exceptional business performance and operational excellence. Collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will unleash the potential of data, transforming insights into impactful decisions and streamlined processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics and process automation, with a strong emphasis on Power BI
  • Some experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Previous work with Applied Epic and Salesforce is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and data querying languages, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively at all levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the analysis of expansive datasets, translating complex information into clear insights that fuel strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring stakeholders have real-time access to actionable insights.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in data strategy, documentation, and quality control, ensuring compliance and enhancing efficiency.
  • Lead transformative technology projects, leveraging Power BI, AI, and innovative tools to unlock new efficiencies across the organization.
  • Design and deploy automated workflows that revolutionize business processes and elevate operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by overseeing comprehensive data extraction processes and maintaining robust data pipelines.
  • Identify and leverage key metrics that propel business performance, crafting strategies that amplify their impact.
  • Partner with senior leadership and diverse teams including M&A, Finance, and Operations to understand their needs and deliver tailored data-driven solutions.
  • Manage external vendors and consultants, ensuring alignment and support for key projects.
  • Uphold data governance and security standards, maintaining thorough documentation of all data processes.
